Leah is the head coach and Undivided coaching founder! She has 7 years of coaching experience and a degree in sport and exercise science.

She won her Pro card in 2022 and the PCA Pro Figure British Championship in 2023.

We work with females wanting to take their results to the next level, whether that be to step on stage, complete a shoot or to transform their lifestyle. Physique development and lifestyle coaching focussing around strength, mindset and female empowerment. We have a huge emphasis on our amazing community, events and friendships built within our team whilst building strong women.

Do I need experience to join your team?

We work with a huge range of different girls! Regardless of whether it's your first time in the gym or whether you are looking to really take your results and knowledge to a more advanced level. As long as you are aligned with our key ethos of hard work, are committed to becoming your best and are willing to get involved in our community, we can help you!

How does the programme work?

We work closely with the girls on our team on a 1-2-1 basis to really get to know you properly. This is really important to us and when we get started, we do a deep dive in to your lifestyle and goals so we can map out a phased approach to your journey. We initially run a call to get to know (and for you to get to know us!) then you'll receive an in depth walkthrough video mapping out your initial journey, programme and goals.

We split your journey into different phases which will be broken down and explained to you. Our coaching is ran within our Undivided app with ongoing check ins, support and feedback via video, calls and messaging.

Community and support is invaluable to us. This isn't transactional, it's about getting to know you as a person and giving you the ongoing support to become your absolute best. We are all about females supporting and empowering females!

Within our coaching we also run team calls, training sessions, photoshoots and ongoing events to promote our team ethos and bring everyone together!

How Much Support Do I Receive?

This looks different for everyone, however you will have 1-1 communication with your coach for support whenever you require it. In addition to this you will also have a checkin each week to review your progress and make sure that you're happy and are able to reflect and plan for your week ahead. This means we can chat through anything needed and you have the option to message as and when needed between check ins.

We also run calls at set points along your journey so we can ensure we are planned ahead and you are clear on your goals.

Alongside this you have access to all of our team events, calls and training as well as a huge library of educational videos and out team chat!

How does the nutrition work?

This is going to be specific for you.. however we have multiple options and this will most likely change based on your progress and journey! We provide macro, meal plan and habit based nutrition coaching which is programmed into your app and built on/altered as needed to help you. Within our app we help plan in multiple meal ideas and support with structuring your day to help you hit your targets. We also work with food diary analysis to help you understand and progress.

This is very specific to you, where you're currently at, your lifestyle and your goals!

Is there a minimum sign up?

We have an initial commitment period due to the time we put into getting to know you and your initial set up and programme. After that we roll through on a month to month basis. Our goal is to bring girls into our team who want to be a part of something bigger and get involved in our community long term. This is why it's also important for us to get to know you on the initial call, to see whether you are the right fit to join our team.
